By registering for or using a Meridian Capital account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that using our services is lawful where you live.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at support@meridian-capitals.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Identity verification
We may ask you to verify your identity and address at any time. Withdrawals may be withheld until verification is complete.
Trading
Orders are placed at your own risk. Minimum order sizes, account tiers, spreads and leverage are shown in your dashboard and on our account tiers page. Daily trade limits may apply to your account.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits are credited once confirmed by our team. Withdrawals are reviewed before release and are subject to the minimum amount shown in your dashboard. We may request additional information to comply with our legal obligations.
Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, that we reasonably suspect of fraud or abuse, or where required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, losses caused by market conditions, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your account after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
